All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive
another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping costs for UK mainland delivery can be found in the description table for each product.

Please note: due to individually packaged items, for large orders we recommend you email us at team@robustfitness.co.uk before finalising the order so we can ensure the correct delivery charge is applied.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please note: we do not accept returns for products not in their original packaging.

with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
